Ridgetop's Business Leader
Ms. Thompson joined Ridgetop shortly after its founding in 2000. Her skill in arranging and organizing Ridgetop's contracts is integral to the company's stellar success in being awarded numerous government contracts. Ms. Thompson's expertise involves commercial as well as government contract administration and management.
Ms. Thompson has worked with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) personnel in establishing and tracking Ridgetop's cost accounting entries and procedures. Prior to Ridgetop, Milena worked for FELS Baltech, the Eastern European subsidiary of Singapore's Far East Levingston Shipbuilding Company, and as Business Development/Marketing Manager for one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate agencies in Bulgaria. Her international business background includes fluency in several languages.
Milena holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria.
