| CEO's Corner by Doug Goodman |

As I write this, Toyota, the criterion of reliability in the auto industry, faces crushing losses in revenue and consumer trust. Acceleration defects in several models have resulted in numerous injuries and fatalities. Toyota's response has included a recall to fix the problems, which carries a steep price tag on many levels. Clearly, driver safety is paramount to the public, as news of reliability issues in the auto industry gains rapid-fire coverage through vast media outlets. |

| ARULE™ | Adaptive Remaining Useful Life Estimator |
 |
How long will my complex electronic module last? That is the question that technology leader Ridgetop Group answers with its ARULE™, Adaptive Remaining Useful Life Estimator™ (patent pending). ARULE is the first prognostic algorithm that provides a fast, accurate remaining useful life (RUL) estimate for use in integrated electronic systems and condition-based maintenance (CBM) applications. Used in conjunction with Ridgetop’s minimally intrusive and modular sensor technologies, ARULE provides ongoing estimates of remaining life based on real-time updated sensory inputs.
ARULE uses efficient memory and calculation methods and techniques that require less than 200 microseconds to process each input data point and to produce an updated RUL estimate. Its adaptation methodology is extremely flexible and accurate.

YieldMaxx™
PDKChek's Innovative Gateway to Maximum Yields |
 |
YieldMaxx allows for faster testing than traditional scribeline transistors. Testing can take place before or after packaging the die. Die level testing takes advantage of test structures and bonding pads that are already present on the die, so there is no additional error introduced by the contact resistance of a probe station.
