| Q-Star Test Survey Reveals Growth Drivers for IDDQ Measurement Applications |
Q-Star Test , a Brugge, Belgium-based subsidiary of Ridgetop Group, conducted a market survey on the use of current-based test (IDDQ, ISSQ, IDDT) for integrated circuit (IC) test applications. IDDQ testing involves making precision, non-intrusive measurements of the current drawn by the device under test (DUT) to reveal defects in the IC.
The survey was completed by engineers, managers and technical personnel involved in design, implementation of design-for-test (DFT), and creation and running of comprehensive test programs on integrated circuits. |
